Gallagher Banana Cream Pie

Once baked, each cookie is hand dipped in white chocolate and coated with Nilla Wafers to reminiscent  the pie's crust. To finish off each Gourmet Cookie we topped it off with a Banana Chip for the resemblance of a Banana Cream Pie.
