GimmeSmoreCookies Launched in June 2025 when I decided to create a Gourmet Cookie company in honor of my Grandmother Louise Holmes. The Name originated from my grandmothers recipe of the S'more Cookie. A truly artistic explosion of sweet and crunchy graham crackers, rich chocolate, and gooey marshmallows. I would eat this and I wanted kept wanting "S'more". GimmeSmoreCookies originally started in 2015, but after a year of it as a hobby I decided to focus on my career in the Art Industry. Fast forward 10 years here I 'am creating delicious one of a kind gourmet cookies. I've worked as a Sculptor for Union 755 Hollywood the past 3 years and I wanted to bring my creative side into the baking scene. Changing the way that you think about sweet treats with our incredibly unique, ingenious, and delicious cookie masterpieces. GimmeSmoreCookies is a baked-to-order small business. You can support us by placing your order directly on our website for curbside pickup, local delivery, or nationwide shipping. All of our cookies are hand-rolled - literally - and mixed in small batches to ensure the highest quality. we steer clear of the artificial stuff and source local ingredients wherever possible. we even have some gluten-friendly when asked for special orders.

I couldn't run this business without the community that's helped us grow so much.  We donate a percentage of our sales throughout the year to various non-profit organizations that we love and support. additionally, by baking all of our desserts to order, we're doing our part to fight global food waste, cutting down on as much excess as we can (plus, our customers receive their order as fresh as possible. it's a win-win).

All cookies are made in a kitchen where wheat, nuts, eggs, soy, and dairy are present. cross contamination is possible. use your best judgement or contact us with questions.
