1948 Holmes S'more Cookie

Holmes S'more Cookie is my grandmothers recipe from 1948. They're a delicious and fun twist on the classic campfire treat. Our S'mores Cookie combines the flavors of graham crackers, chocolate, and marshmallows, all in a soft, chewy cookie form.

We use our Triple Chocolate Chip Cookie dough as our base to this cookie incorporating crushed graham cracker crumbs to mimic the classic s'more crust.  Milk - Semi Sweet - Dark Chocolate are folded into the dough, providing pockets of rich chocolate flavor.

As the cookies bake, marshmallows are added on top, creating gooey, melted marshmallow goodness. We finish our Cookies with chocolate chunks and sprinkle of crushed graham crackers on top for an added visual and textural element.

The result is a delightful cookie that captures the nostalgic taste of s'mores, perfect for satisfying sweet cravings any time of year—no campfire required!
