Almond Croissant Cookie

Our Almond Croissant Cookies are a delightful fusion of Almond and buttery texture of a croissant and the sweet, nutty flavor of almond cookies. These treats are made with a rich, buttery dough that’s rolled in sliced almonds and chilled for 24 hours.

Our dough is infused with almond extract, enhancing the nutty flavor. We make our homemade almond paste that's stuffed inside our doughballs. The almond paste is added to create extra texture and richness. After baking, the cookies have a golden, crispy exterior with a soft, chewy almond paste center. 

To finish we dust each Cookie with powdered sugar giving them an elegant touch. The result is a deliciously indulgent cookie that captures the essence of both a classic almond pastry and a cookie, making it a perfect treat for any almond lover!
